In Progress

Within the brand new S’PARK neighborhood, every detail of this development has been intentionally designed to create a new and vibrant community in the heart of Boulder. Element took a multi-disciplined approach to the project, carefully managing the competing needs of the community, policy-makers and future residents and tenants to create a project worthy of Boulder’s high standards. The S’PARK neighborhood is a case study in meeting the city’s aspirations for sustainable, transit-oriented, socially conscious development. With the S’PARK neighborhood, Element partnered with Kinship Capital and The John Buck Company to create a great place for people to call home, build a business or simply unwind. This $250 million project epitomizes Element’s ability to overcome the complex nature of property development through creative ingenuity and design excellence. By seamlessly integrating retail and office with residential spaces, S’PARK strives to create a connected community that is both a part of Boulder and is its own community in its own right by realizing the aspiration for what an urban village can be. This new community will be composed of 286 residential units, 100,000 sf of office space and 40,000 sf of retail/restaurant space.
